I have two Ulead programs on my computer that have not been downloaded properly: Ulead Photo Express 5 SE and Ulead Photo Explorer 8.0 SE Basic. I am unable to delete these programs due to the loading errors. What can I do to solve the problem?

If applications refuse to uninstall or you have problems managing these I would like to recommend you use MSI CleanUP Utility. Also, these applications are rather old and if you use a newer operating system, you may face compatibility issues. Double check the supported operating systems before trying to use them in a newer environment.
I have had my camera for the last 3 years. I bought it from Walmart. I have been uploading my pictures and videos all this time. Now all of a sudden my computer can't seem to find the software installation. I put the CD to install the program again, but I can't get it to run. What can I do to get my photos off my camera to my PC?

Unfortunately, you can't do anything about it because the software is discontinued and unavailable for downloading. However, I recommend on using Revo Uninstaller to clear the remains of the application from your computer then use CCleaner to clean the registry entries. After this operation, insert the CD into the CD-tray and attempt a new installation. Most likely, the error was caused by the actual installation of the software. Cleaning the registry keys will mark the software as being uninstalled.

Yes, Ulead Photo Explorer was designed for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
